Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days upon receipt of goods and we will advise you how to return your purchase to us. As soon as it reaches us, we will reimburse you for the cost of your purchase immediately.

It is important that you comply with the following guidelines:

Use this guarantee within the 14 days following receipt of your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
Any smartphones, tablets, CDs or computer games, once the packing has been opened (and the seals have been broken) the unit cannot be returned. This is an imposition by the manufacturers and is applicable in all online and retail shops.
The company does not pay return postage.
In addition we ask you please to always attach a note indicating the reason for returning your purchase.
